Fedele Chiara

Chiara Fedele is a postdoctoral researcher at Tampere University, Finland, in the Smart Photonic Materials team lead by Prof. Arri Priimägi. She received her doctoral degree at University of Naples “Federico II” (hosted by the Italian Institute of Technology) on Products and process engineering, specializing on Smart Biomaterials. Chiara’s research focus is on light-responsive materials for innovative applications in cell biology. She is currently leading commercialization projects on light-reconfigurable materials for cell mechanobiology studies funded by the ERC and Business Finland.
